[April 15 deadline]: You Have 7 Days Remaining to Save Your Sim Card From The Mass Switch Off

As per the orders by the directive from the communication authority in Kenya, all sim lines that miss some registration details are to be blocked from the server on April, 15. The three telecommunication companies in Kenya, Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom have been notifying their clients to update these important registration details before the deadline reaches.

The deadline for this process is April, 15. This means that you have only eight days remaining to rush to the server agent and update these important details. Those outside the country are to contact their servers customer care for help in upgrading these sim registration details.

Clients living within the country bare to visit any Safaricom or Airtel shop for help. They can also visit any server agent or dealer for assistance. Telkom clients are at an advantage for they only have to dial *100# and click on the zero option. After doing this a link will be sent to them where they will feed all the details required.

If you haven't yet updated your sim line please do so as soon as possible before April, 15.
