[JUST IN] PETER OBI IN BORNO

Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 election’s, Mr Peter Obi made a surprise visit to Maiduguri on Thursday.

Obi was sighted among congregation at St Patrick Catholic Church during the episopal ordination of the Maiduguri auxiliary bishop.

Obi however declined to comment, saying he came only to attend the ordination of the bishop...read more

According to a news that was published by the Vanguard Newspaper Online this afternoon, it was reported that the immediate past Senate Minority Leader and the senator who is representing the Abia South Senatorial District, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, has said that irrespective of one's political party, he has discovered that it would be difficult for his party and other parties to campaign against Peter Obi, who happens to be the presidential candidate of the Labour Party. Rivers State Governor, Nyeson Wike has declared his intention to contest the 2023 presidential election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) saying he is the best man to wrest power from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
